This course is designed to familiarize the student with data collection and entry, CAD (computer aided design) systems and the different ways crime statistics can be illustrated graphically by geo-maps.  The students will learn how geo-mapping relates to problem solving and other police operations and will be able to develop and maintain a data collection system that can be used to assist in day to day operations at all levels of the law enforcement agency.
