	Module # 21 Constructing a Citizen Police Academy

This course is designed to enable a community group or law enforcement agency to establish a Citizen Police Academy in the community.

Participants will be versed in the philosophy of the CPA and will understand its relationship to the philosophy of Community Policing.

Upon completion of the course, participants will be prepared to construct and implement a CPA in their communities.

No pre-requisite.
