Through this course, participants will learn the definition, history, and purpose of Community Oriented Government as well as the core principles, methods, and processes that create systems for Community Oriented Government.

Participants will understand the difference between partnering and empowerment and the reasons for partnering.

Participants will learn the difference between planning and operations in government and will learn the strategy for implementing Community Oriented Government.
