This course builds on the skills learned in Module #30-01.
Participants will learn to recognize, gather and preserve evidence through crime scene processing and follow-up investigation.
Participants will be able to identify safety considerations in developing risk assessments for domestic violence victims and demonstrate law enforcement practices that can promote safety planning.
Participants will understand the service and enforcement of orders of protection under the full faith and credit provisions of the U.S. Constitution.
Participants will learn how to determine the predominant aggressor for the purpose of reducing dual arrests.
Recommendation: Modules #30-01 and #30-02 should be taken as a unit.
