Because communication is fundamental to the success of Community Policing, this course is designed to help participants enhance their oral and written communication skills.

Participants will learn how to conduct meetings and make effective presentations. They will learn to organize community meetings and keep them orderly and productive. 

Participants will be skilled in assessing the audience and the meeting environment, and will learn to use effective teaching techniques.
