Any community issue you can think of is eligible as a classroom or special seminar topic at Tri-State RCPI. Our flexibility allows us to create and customize courses or presentations to meet the specific needs of any group, be they businesses, civic groups, social service agencies, service clubs, community councils, student organizations or special interest groups. Our mobility enables us to bring training to you at a place and time that is right for your group, anywhere in Ohio, Kentucky or Indiana. And, most important, our enrollment is entirely open...anyone may participate in our classes and seminars and everyone is welcome. In fact, without the participation of representatives from both the community and law enforcement agencies, we cannot succeed, since collaborative partnerships are the very essence of Community Policing.
As you review this web-site, I ask you not only to consider the value of each course for yourself, but also to encourage participation by others. Courses are no cost and are funded by the Cooperative Training Agreement from the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) of the U. S. Department of Justice in Washington, DC.
I invite you to call the Tri-State RCPI office with any questions you may have and to share with us your training needs. By working together, I am confident we can improve the quality of life for all residents of the Tri-State region.
